The REALTOR® Party of California (RPC) leadership is excited to provide the following materials to assist you in fundraising and educating your members on the importance of REALTOR® Action Fund. Simply complete one of the fundraising applications and C.A.R. RAF staff will create your distribution flyer.
PAC Fundraising Policies
PAC Recognition Policy: This new policy provides the structure, as well as the flexibility for local associations to recognize their REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) contributors in a fair and reasonable manner. The policy allows a local Association to use up to 10% of the total voluntary RAF contributions raised in the prior year, so for 2021, the locals would use their 2020 data. Have fun, be creative, and remember to spend wisely!
PAC One-Third Fundraising Policy: To follow the 1/3 rule, you must raise three times the fair market value of the fundraising event.
RAF New Member Contribution form: Must include this form in all New Member Orientations to be in compliance. This form ensures that New Members are provided the proper disclosures. This is an abbreviated form designed for New Members.
RAF Contribution Form: This contribution form contains ALL REALTOR® Action Fund Recognition Levels.
